Terms & Conditions

Reservations

• £25 for short breaks and £50 for full weeks
• Balance to be paid six weeks before rental date.
  
  

The farm's weekly changeover date is a Friday. All guests are asked to leave by 10am, as new visitors will be arriving for approximately 4pm. Long Garth's owners are on site, so arrival times are not completely strict.

Cancellations

• To cancel the booking, please inform us in writing by prepaid special delivery and assume we receive the cancellation letter 72hours/3days after posting.
• We charge a cancellation fee, dependant on the time left before your rental period is due to start:
• If we receive your cancellation 43 or more days (six weeks and one day) before you are due to arrive you will lose the reservation fee/10% only.
• If we receive your cancellation on any day between the 42nd day (six weeks) before your arrival date and the 29th day (four weeks and one day) before the date you are due to arrive you will be billed for 50% of the full rental price.
• If we receive your cancellation on any day after the 29th day before your arrival date then you will be entitled to pay 100% of your full rental price.
  
  

Cancellations by Long Garth Holiday Cottages

If we cannot supply the property because of reasons beyond our control we will make every effort to offer alternative accommodation of an equal standard or better if possible.

If you do not want to accept the alternative accommodation or if we cannot offer an alternative, we will return the rental price in full and we will no longer be liable to you for your booking.
