Long Garth Farm is situated above the Duddon Valley in the Lake District National Park.
The Duddon Valley is popular with walkers & Mountain Bikes and is considered by many to be the finest in the district. It is an ideal place to explore the South West Lake District - including The Coniston Fells, Wastwater and the surrounding highpeaks (including Coniston Old Man, Scarfell and Great Gable) - are all within easy reach.
Surrounding features include Eskdale, with its famous narrow gauge railway, the sandy beach of Haverigg, Muncaster Castle and the undiscovered West Coast. Long Garth is only 30 minutes from the Central Lakes.
